I'm a firm believer that a person is only as good as their word. As a customer, you can be assured that you will be treated that way. My book is not self published and at times my inventory is beyond my control, so please be patient if there are issues with inventory. Trust that I will work with the publisher to get more copies as soon as possible, so that they can be signed (f requested) and sent to you as soon as possible. 

 

For speaking engagements or personal appearances, please know that my fees do not include travel costs unless they are specifically presented in the pre-appearance that you will be presented as we work out the details of my speaking with your group. I will always honor my word to provide a significant discount to military, law enforcement and government groups for speaking engagements and appearances. Due to costs I bear from the publisher, those discounts DO NOT apply to book sales.
